This is not for people looking for quick fixes, detoxes, or 30 day challenges. If you are not ready to train consistently, follow guidance or taker responsibility for your habits, this won't be a good fit.

You are not buying an app or a template. You are working directly with a coach who reviews your data, adjusts your plan weekly and makes decisions based on your lifestyle, recovery and performance - not trends. Technology supports the process. It doesn't replace coaching.

Most clients train 3-5 times per week 45-75 minutes per session. Everything is built around efficiency. More time is not better - better structure is.

A gym is ideal, but programs can be adapted for home setups or travel when needed. The goal is consistency - not perfection.
